Hi,

Pain & numbness can be due to some nerve damage, carpel tunnel syndrome, peripheral nerve damage, Raynaud's phenomenon, Diabetic Neuropathy, RA/OA.

You are recommended to visit ER, get physically examined & get all investigations done. Get evaluated to know what is the factor causing you such discomfort. Your treatment will depend upon the severity of the illness & the pathology causing it.

In the meantime take multivitamins with B6, B12, folic acid & minerals (zinc, magnesium, calcium). Do regular exercises & hand exercises, stay away from addictions if any, take home made food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K,
General & Family Physician
